Randolph White and David Wolnerman were guest speakers at the National Law Institute and presided over a discussion regarding the rights, remedies and strategies of secured creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

Joining panelists from around the country, David Wolnerman was a guest speaker on the topic of credit bidding in bankruptcy sales at the American Bar Association's upcoming Hot Topics in Bankruptcy seminar.
