Randolph E. White | partner
Randolph White brings 35 years of experience to the Firm he co-founded, representing businesses and business owners, advancing their interests and finding strategic solutions for the challenges they face. Randolph has been chosen as a New York Metro Area Superlawyer every year since 2013.
Randolph represents individual business owners and businesses, small and large and in the course of his career has represented, and been adverse to, some of the largest financial institutions in the world, including in cases of national and international reach and importance. He practices extensively in the fields of creditors’ rights, debtors’ rights, restructuring and bankruptcy law, where he has represented creditors’ committees, trustees, creditors, debtors-in-possession and debtors in a broad range of industries and endeavors. He further advises client on asset protection and restructuring strategies and solutions.
His commercial litigation experience covers a wide range of matters, including contracts, fraud and business torts, fraudulent conveyances, foreclosures, the UCC, corporate governance and dissolution, construction, real estate, partnership, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes.
Randolph represents clients in business transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses and drafting and negotiating agreements covering a full spectrum of business matters.
Prior to forming White & Wolnerman Randolph practiced at the law firm of Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C. and was a partner at Pryor & Mandelup, LLP. .
David Y. Wolnerman | partner
David has extensive experience in the areas of corporate crisis management, complex transactions, Chapter 11 restructurings, workouts, creditors’ rights, business law and business litigation. He has represented and advised clients, both in and out of court, on a broad range of distressed situations, reorganizations, restructurings, workouts, liquidations, distressed acquisitions and sales, and litigations, including many large, high profile cases of local and national importance.
David regularly represents creditors, debtors, lenders, investors, landlords and other parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings, commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, negotiation, risk analysis, and asset protection strategies. David’s varied experience, ranging from small and mid-size business transactions to multi-jurisdictional, complex transactions for public corporations, provides clients with a unique combination of seasoned business and legal experience.
Prior to forming White & Wolnerman, David practiced in the Business Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy groups at the law firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
